Crepe Bandage 15 cm

Roll it up around the injured part with one or two elasticised claw grips for securing the bandage. Place one side of the claw grip on the bandage and stretch it to press the other side of the claw grip in to grip it securely Ensure that you don’t apply the bandage too tight as it might stop blood circulation.
