Return refund

1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health, safety, and regulatory concerns, the following surgical goods are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or unsealed items
  • Used products
  • Sterile items removed from original packaging
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Items with damaged or altered packaging

2. Returnable Items

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped
  • The return is initiated within [ 7 to 14] days of receipt
  • The item remains unused, unopened, and in original packaging then only we can initiate the process of return.
  • Goods once sold will only be taken back once only

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Pack the goods securely and include proof of purchase.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned items are inspected and approved.
