Return refund
1. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, safety, and regulatory concerns, the following surgical goods are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or unsealed items
- Used products
- Sterile items removed from original packaging
- Customized or special-order products
- Items with damaged or altered packaging
2. Returnable Items
Returns are accepted only if:
- The item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped
- The return is initiated within [ 7 to 14] days of receipt
- The item remains unused, unopened, and in original packaging then only we can initiate the process of return.
- Goods once sold will only be taken back once only
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Await return authorization before shipping items back.
- Pack the goods securely and include proof of purchase.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued once the returned items are inspected and approved.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exceptions
- Products sold as part of a clearance, final sale, or explicitly marked “non-returnable” are not eligible.
