    • Anoop Surgical is not responsible for delivery delays or losses due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

 

    • In case of delayed delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, strikes), we will inform you and make alternative arrangements.

    • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery. Extra charges may apply in such cases.
